We operate a practice suggestions and complaints procedure as part of an NHS Scotland system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria. If you are not happy with your treatment please discuss it with the person concerned or you can contact the Practice Manager who will attempt to resolve the problem.
Please note that you can only complain for another person or access their medical records if you have their written permission, or if the person is too ill to have capacity to complain or is a child you have parental responsibility for. This is to ensure patient confidentiality.

You can submit a written complaint or this form, either of which can be handed in to the Reception desk, posted in, or emailed to Prescription.email@example.com FAO the Practice Manager.
