We operate a practice suggestions and complaints procedure as part of an NHS Scotland system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria. If you are not happy with your treatment please discuss it with the person concerned or you can contact Mrs. Margaret Tonagh, the practice manager, who will attempt to resolve the problem.
Please note that you can only complain for another person or access their medical records if you have their written permission, or if the person is too ill to have capacity to complain or is a child you have parental responsibility for. This is to ensure patient confidentiality.
A copy of our complaints procedure and form can be obtained from the link below or collected from the Reception Desk.
If you do not wish to make an official complaint but have a suggestion or comment you would like to pass on, please use our feedback form (scroll down to the bottom of the page) which is monitored by the Administration team.
